Founding Members
The Inciting Event
Chimera Hearts began as a chain of responses to a Tumblr post by Rowan Sender, inspired by one from Jack Blair in January 2025, leading to Sabrina Hawthorne asking for volunteers for the beginnings of the project. After some productive discussion and a few months of preparation, we launched the initiative in April 2025.
The following were those that joined that initial call to action, without whom we would not have reached this point.
Julian Coker
Julian Coker (she/her) is a game designer and host of Tiny Table, a TTRPG podcast focused on teaching, playing, reviewing, and interviewing the authors of independent TTRPGs. Daniel Copper
Daniel Copper (he/they) is a UK-based TTRPG designer, publishing as the Copper Compendium, with a host of original games including Summit, The Curse Lingers and A Call to Compete. He designs games with a particular focus on novel mechanics and intertwining of fiction with gameplay. Grace Gittel Lewis
Grace Gittel Lewis (she/her) is a transfemme artist with an insatiable craving to create— whether it's through TTRPGs, writing, drawing, web development, or giving life to the dead via forbidden necromancy. As that antediluvian beast we know as time crawls unflinchingly forward, she collects a growing suite of skills and visible projects— including myriad logos, websites, TTRPGs, and stories.

Sabrina Hawthorne (she/her) is a game designer and educator from the United States whose work includes Bring the Stars Home to Me and CLASH! Shonen Battle Roleplay. She teaches workshops on tabletop game design both online and locally in her home state of Colorado. Mint Rabbit (she/her) has informally been called the TTRPG Librarian, and hails from Newfoundland, Canada. She runs the Tumblr account There's A TTRPG For That, and can also be found at mint-rabbit.itch.io and @mint-rabbit.bsky.social.
Rowan Sender
Rowan Sender (they/he) is an indie tabletop designer and writer primarily focused on small, experimental tabletop projects. They are also the founder and steward of the Eternal TTRPG Jam on itch.io. The game jam is a month recurring jam with the goal of getting designers to commit to actually finishing projects.
